When Frauscher approached Westermo, our trainers took the time to understand the company’s obligations, goals and the knowledge levels of their diverse team. Keeping this in mind, our trainers were able to tailor the training to suit the intended participants.

Since Frauscher and Westermo are global businesses, we understood that we needed to offer something more than just training. Working together, we established that the Certified Engineer: WeOS Switching and Routing program provided the perfect alignment.

In Austria, Frauscher team members completed the Certified Engineer WeOS program empowering over 30 employees from Frauscher’s customer service, sales, and development departments. The training was so well-received that Frauscher requested two additional training opportunities, ensuring even more employees could benefit. It wasn’t just product training, it was a transformation.

The sessions took place on Frauscher’s home turf, in Austria, making it easy and comfortable for employees to focus entirely on learning. It struck a perfect balance between theory and hands-on practice, providing participants to work with real Westermo devices, guided by meticulously prepared workbooks. This enabled them to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world application.

What stood out most was the personalized approach the Westermo trainers supplied. With exceptional expertise and a knack for creating a relaxed yet engaging environment, they adapted the program to suit the varying knowledge levels of the group.
