You can request a Customer Repair Order (CRO) number from Westermo by filling in the following form. Once we have received and confirmed your request, you will be assigned a CRO number and the unit can be shipped to Westermo for repair. Please note that the form is intended for one product request. If you wish to send several products for repair, please make one submission per product.
